Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working Day): £10

WEBSITE EXCHANGE POLICY

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be exchanged at Smiths Jewellers, 5 Poultry, Nottingham, within 14 days from the order date on your receipts.

Alternatively you may post items back to us for an exchange, using the following steps.

To obtain an exchange Via postage.

  1. Please firstly get in contact with us. The fastest way to contact is messaging through either facebook, instagram. Alternatively call us on 0115-9500176 during store hours or e-mail us at smithsjewellers@icloud.com
  2. Then take your item with original packaging, and receipt to your local Royal Mail post office and send to Smiths Jewellers, 5 Poultry Nottingham, NG1 2HW. You must send your item back either using recorded or for more expensive items over £50.00 special delivery. 
EXCLUSIONS

Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Exchange policy.

Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer an exchange on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide an exchange on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.

WEBSITE REFUND POLICY

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 14 days from the date on the dispatch note email.

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be Refunded at Smiths Jewellers, 5 Poultry, Nottingham, within 14 days from the order date on your receipts.

Alternatively you may post items back to us, using the following steps.

To Obtain A Refund Via postage.

  2. Then take your item with original packaging, and receipt to your local post office and send to Smiths Jewellers, 5 Poultry Nottingham, NG1 2HW. You must send your item back either using recorded or for more expensive items over £50.00 special delivery. 

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
